- If not accepted to the program, the $200 deposit/application fee will be completely refunded.
- If a student cancels prior to May 1st, 2017, the student will receive a 100% refund of all money paid to that point.
- If a student cancels after May 1st, 2017 but prior to June 1st, 2017, there will be a $500 cancelation fee. Any money paid toward the trip above the amount of $500 will be returned.
- No refund for any cancelation after June, 1 2017. Independent trip insurance may be purchased prior to this point that may help an individual that may have to cancel after June 1st, 2017.

Students will be accepted on a first come/first serve basis by instrument. PJO Jazz Italia will be sending only a set number of students to ensure the best possible jazz experience. Students acceptance is strictly based on the application and not by an audition.
Students traveling as part of PJO Jazz Italia will have to comply with strict rules and regulations. PJO Jazz Italia students will be under the supervision of PJO Jazz Italia staff at all times. The consumption of alcohol will not be permitted or tolerated as part of the PJO Jazz Italia program.
There is a $200 deposit fee with each application. If you/your student are not accepted to the program, that fee is completely refunded to you. If you are accepted, the $200 is subtracted from your overall trip fee.
Applications will be accepted from now until February 1st, 2017. All students will be notified of their acceptance as soon as possible. All acceptance notifications will be sent via email by no later than February 15th, 2017.
