A $15 convenience fee is applied in the

PJO JAZZ ITALIA CANCELATION POLICY


-  If not accepted to the program, the $200 deposit/application fee will be completely refunded.

-  If a student cancels prior to May 1st, 2017, the student will receive a 100% refund of all money paid to that point.

-  If a student cancels after May 1st, 2017 but prior to June 1st, 2017, there will be a $500 cancelation fee.  Any money paid toward the trip above the amount of $500 will be returned.

- ​No refund for any cancelation after June, 1 2017. Independent trip insurance may be purchased prior to this point that may help an individual that may have to cancel after June 1st, 2017.
